new digital venture opportunity building on its existing endowments of scale, capabilities and industry relationships to create a global purchasing organization (GPO) to serve stakeholders across the value chain

Prologis is seeking a partner to
help accelerate and share in risk/reward in its venture building journey focusing in the immediate future on a $30B market opportunity within the materials market in North America.

This RFP covers a two-phase partnership, phase 1 includes a diligence/ feasibility analysis and phase 2 covers build, scale and transfer of the business.
