Phase 2 initial cashflow forecast and partnership model: a detailed bottoms up financial forecast model over the time horizon needed to achieve stable returns, which will be used as the single scorecard for success and will be converted into the GPO’s P&L. This model will also include the timing and magnitude of the revenue sharing mechanism that will govern the partnership showing how the partner firm will be compensated from the growing profit streams.
